Key features include ample storage space, two walk-in wardrobes, one ensuite shower room & WC, plus a full size bath in the family bathroom. The Swanley also has the added advantage of a useful utility room with washer/dryer, cloak cupboard and door to the exterior.
The open plan living area is spacious and carefully thought out, with large patio doors allowing you easy access to your outside space.

Transportation of your new home can be provided as part of the overall service. The UKCC has partnered with a number of nationwide specialist caravan transportation companies. Our close working relationship with these organisations means the service provided is quick, reliable and efficient.
Because each delivery is different we do not have a standard pricing structure for transportation. When a member of our team prepare your unique quotation several factors are taken into consideration including distance, size of home, tolls, ferry charges, escort cost and alternative routes due to the size of the load.
