Named after the quiet country lane in Graveney near Faversham where we are located, our family have been operating from these premises since 1940 and the first holiday caravan, as it was back then, arrived in 1947. These days the land is occupied by just five holiday lodges.
Country View Park is a small and quiet exclusive development of just five privately owned holiday lodges (not for rent) in gated grounds barely a mile from the beach at Seasalter. The holiday homes offer magnificent views across open country yet are easily accessible, the M2 being only a couple of miles away.
Quietly located in Cleve Hill, a rural no-through road, Country View Park gives lodge owners peace and tranquility in measures rarely found in our busy world.
These lodges fill the gap between the style and flexibility of an expensive timber lodge, and the traditional holiday caravan. With a full list of features these are a real home from home to be proud of.
Nearby Whitstable with it’s harbour, lively arts scene, and artisans boutiques has a great selection of restaurants to choose from. Alternatively, you can sample some of the local cuisine to be found in the area’s charming country pubs.
The park is open for ten months of the year, from the first weekend in March through until January 2nd. Lodge owners are welcome to visit during the closed season but our licence issued by Swale Council prohibits overnight stays in that period.
Please note that Country View is a holiday park and lodge owners are not permitted to use the park as their sole or main place of residence. Owned by the Boggia family since 1940, the park’s first holiday caravans arrived just seven years later, but don’t worry – it’s been updated a few times since then!
