Welcome to Leakes Caravan Park. We are a small family owned park nestled on the edge of the very popular North Norfolk village of East Runton.

We offer the perfect holiday home destination with the very popular seaside towns of Sheringham and Cromer just up the road.

So, as many of our residents like to do, sit back take in the fresh sea air and relax!

Leakes Caravan Park was started in the late 1940’s by the Leake Family. With its humble beginnings of handmade caravans, gas lanterns and shared toilet blocks, along with its pitch and putt golf course. Over the years the park has gone through many changes but we still ensure we provide the same personal service and value for money.

Although we are a small park we have so much to offer. Being a small park means we have a close community of residents. Some of which have been coming here for over half a century.

We have a full laundry room including 2 deep sinks. A spin dryer, ironing board and token operated washing machine and tumble dryer. At the back of the laundry room we have a small book and puzzle library for everyone to enjoy.

At the front of the park we have a small recreation area for everyone to stretch their legs. Along with a set of swings and rollover bars to enjoy.
