Normans Bay Caravan Park

Adjacent to the East Sussex coast, Normans Bay site is a haven for walkers and nature lovers. Lying directly opposite the campsite, the sand and shingle beach is ideal for sandcastles, kite flying and bathing.

With Eastbourne and Brighton to the west and Bexhill-on-Sea to the east, Pevensey Level is famed for nature conservation and agriculture. For walkers, the South Downs Way can be picked up at the Seven Sister Country Park and is a great way to explore the stunning Sussex countryside.

In 1066, the Normans landed here, and consequently, the local area is steeped in colourful history. Join the 1066 Way, passing Battle, Hastings and Pevensey Castle – one of Britain’s oldest strongholds.

Situated less than five miles south-west of the campsite, Eastbourne exhibits parks, gardens, a host of shops at Sovereign Marina, craft outlets, eateries, beaches and a variety of water-based activities.
